Hey Patrick, there are quite a few resources you can go to to acquire your off market lists.There are: listsource, propstsream, property radar, propelio, successor data, title companies or county websites.From there you can skip trace the list of properties they give you to get the phone numbers, mailing address, emails and contact information for the owner.From there, you can text, call, mail, email, social ads to get in contact with the owner to determine if they are interested in selling.There's a lot of benefits in going upstream to source your own deals -- especially in this market.
