In real life things will be much harder according to the internet, there is a similar house on the same street for sale for 58K 

I tried on different internet browsers and different devices including; Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, and android phone.

I also charge them a small amount each month for internet and they can get free streaming services such as tubi or xumo or Pluto or IMDb.

books and the internet are both full of free information. 

Is there a cheaper Internet alternative?  

Some apps are nice if they are able to operate without internet.

@Sam Leon This would be a single family residence, but I still would like to avoid any negative internet reviews. 

I’ll then have 5 working accounts associated with them, total, not each, and then funnel respective forwarding email addresses into them(a different forwarding email for each internet account), but realistically I’ll only have to check 5 inboxes.
