@Denise Evans Yes, the banks have not been interested in any comps for similar distressed sales, they want to see regular comps, even if the property is in poor condition.

Richard Miller those people buying 10 homes apiece at the courthouse steps have SCALE.Through full time crews on staff and GC they likely have substantially reduced their rehab costs per property.

I agree with you @Richard C if the buyer is going to make money it shouldn't matter what the wholesaler does.
