We’re considering hiring a property management company.

Absolutely find a lawyer familiar with HM/PM and do not rely title companies or anyone else.

However, on the day the home (4 boxes) were delivered the bank would not wire the money until the boxes were set on the foundation and the prefab company wouldn’t put the boxes on the foundation until the funds were wired.

I know Upright.us is making some headway in our area, companies like that may be your only shot. 

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

Does anyone here have any solid property management companies you work with or recommendations on how to vet them when interviewing them? 

That all revenue generated would have to stay in the company and couldn’t be used for personal things.I’m trying to find a way to use my God given talents and the only one I seem to have is in Real Estate hahaha.

My company would screen them like a normal applicant and then add them as an occupant to the lease.

This allows one to build business credit for their investment company too, allowing one to borrow even more in the future.

But they forced you to use their management company, took 50%, and you couldn’t use the unit more than 2 or 4 weeks per year.
