I have mostly B, C+ units which is based solely on the fact that there are NO new units in my market. 98% of the housing units available in my market are 40+ years old.

I sent a friendly message to her saying that I am the new owner and reach out if she needs anything.

I have found another property of interest and I am considering selling the replacement property from this previous 1031 and using it to 1031 into this new property.
