I know what I am finding are worthwhile properties since within a week 80% or more of the identified  homes are CLSD or PEND.  

If by "good returns" you mean cash on cash return, IRR, ROI etc. it will be hard to achieve anything worthwhile without financing, IMO.

Any fantastic property managers that've made everything worthwhile?

I agree with @Scooter Williams it would be worth while and show real commitment to find a mentor and compensate them in some way.

I think some calls will be well worthwhile, yes.

I don’t see myself getting another package unless by chance I actually finally get something worth while to balance out the high 4k package cost.

It could be a worthwhile source of side income.

Sometimes the incrementalsavings from $1,000 to $2,500 or from $2,500 to $5,000 are too small to make the higherdeductible worthwhile.

I just didn't see any deals for investors or deals worth while.. the rest of the categories just didn't posses any or very little upgrades. it turned out to be a waste of time and money for me. 

My mantra / game I play and tease people with when we discover an overpriced property is to ask: “What terms could you ask for that would make that price of his worthwhile?”
