Should I even bother to waste my time viewing the property?

I'd rather them be serious enough about taking my rental to pay my fee and wait for my decision, likely signing the lease if approved than be able to apply for many different ones, have us all waste our time approving them when they may not be serious about actually renting from us.    

Remember all those that say save your money for your first deal.. well that could be good but if you don't know what your doing you could lose 20k on your first deal as easy as you could break even or make money and you wasted a bunch of time and stress.

An agent who feels you are wasting their time is probably not the one you want to work with.

Going along with that, how about tiling the wall vs putting in a shower surround from Home Depot?

Meanwhile you have wasted 30 days and are angry at wholesalers in general.If you want to stand out don't make claims you cannot back up.  

Well by law in OReogn you are only entitle to the amount spent to secure the asset from further waste..

I am a big proponent of answering live. if I am going to take all the time and trouble to do this I don't want to waste leads I bet there is a deal or two in the hang ups and if you caught it live you would have wrote it up.you may on your letter give times to call the number.. so you put on there please call me at 5 to 8pm EST so we can talk live and in person etc etc. people like direction.

I have seen and worked on so many properties for home owners, banks, landlords, other investors..etc... that I just will NOT sit back any longer and waste my time making everyone else RICH with my skills or my military work ethic....I AM READY FOR A LIFE CHANGE!
