The product sheet is on the web site which is great guide, but they have over 10,000 loan variations so if you have a need simple 3 minute online application and multiple offers come back within 24hrs or less, sometimes within 1hr. 

It involves extra upkeep, more variation in cash flow because of vacancy and season dependence.

The best way for you to figure this out is visit the platforms and explore their free trial (if offered).

Realtors enter most of the data about the property so, you have to account for abbreviations, term variation, and heavy text filtering for a slew of non-noteworthy amenities that "Christa" the Realtor's new assistant entered about the property while trying to be detail oriented like "Front Door", "Broken Toilet", "Roof", and "Located only .4 miles from Dollar Store" --actual examples I had to write regex's for.Now,  what I just laid out is an almost...lol.. almost..worst case scenario.

I look at dozens of these a month and every single one shows some variation of "market value", as, in my opinion, is the way you should state it. 

You might want to look around online an find other versions of the P&SA to check the variations.

So, clearly, you probably have a slam dunk case for fraud however a civil trial would easily cost 10 to 50 k plus depending on the number of floors in your attorney's office building.
