You will still get starter size and priced homes in areas like Groveland, Leesburg, Mascotte on the West side (although these areas don't have great infrastructure or retail yet), Davenport, Haines City, Winter Haven are all already well underway, but again, traffic is an issue there.

Longer commute to Ft Hood but you are going light traffic direction since most folks are commuting the other direction.Killeen:Pros: Lower cost, easier commute to Ft Hood, greater inventory of investment properties, and good deals if you can find them.If you are open to house hacking you could by a 4-plex for $400k that will generate $3200/month.  

I need to find a better solution for both concrete paint/coating for high-traffic areas and flooring (I have had tons of issues with LVP with water from entrances and separation and unlocking), and I want to know if it is worth spending the extra money on metal roofing due to its durability.I look forward to hearing about your experiences!

It has to be a high traffic location, usually urban and  you want to be close to transportation if it's a tourist destination.
