They won't ever read a rental agreement - or even a paragraph for that matter because it's easier for them to just return the money to the consumer and let you deal with it in court (sad but true).

Another RTC is exactly how this should have been handled, sadly I see it going in a completely different direction.We have elected politicians who are determined to not let the markets do what markets must do to remain viable - correct themselves.As such, these left leaning politicians are determined to find ways to keep people who should never have bought a house in those houses.
