They won't ever read a rental agreement - or even a paragraph for that matter because it's easier for them to just return the money to the consumer and let you deal with it in court (sad but true).  

Don't let the "sad pity story" con you into renting a house out without you properly screening your tenants.

Hello BiggerPockets , I'm a wholesaler from central Jersey , now I still rent sadly but the landlord said "I will be raising rent since property taxes are going up" I'm supoosse to renew the lease end of this month.

Sadly, it was a short-sale as well.

sad to say but my parents would have to wait to get paid.They would know going in that their money was given out of support for the child.

Sadly, there are many properties that are nothing but losers out there.

Another RTC is exactly how this should have been handled, sadly I see it going in a completely different direction.We have elected politicians who are determined to not let the markets do what markets must do to remain viable - correct themselves.As such, these left leaning politicians are determined to find ways to keep people who should never have bought a house in those houses.
