Good Afternoon BP Community,First and foremost, thank you so much for being such an invaluable resource!

I know this is a loaded question, but does anyone have any estimates or good resources to look up what part of the real estate cycle my area is in.

So what I’m really trying to ask is, are there resources that will help me learn the basics of mixed use development?

The BP forums are such a great resource.

That's what got me into it.I've read the beginner's guide a few times but still feel as though I know much less than it assumes.

I've listened to about 15 bigger pockets podcasts, read the ultimate beginners guide, read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and "Money Master the Game" by Tony Robbins as a start to my REI/financial education.

But to classify people because of the resources they use is outrageous.

Does anyone have any good resources for an initial screening list of things to check for structurally or other issues a home inspector should find?
