@Douglas Dowell 3D Printing is incredible for sure, and it will have uses beyond what we can imagine.

As I said we're in this more the long term, and the sooner a property in paid for and owned outright, the sooner it will start producing more passive income. 15yr raises the payment obviously, but not significantly, or at least not enough to make it unfeasible.

I have a perfect property I recently rehabbed and its ready to start producing income.
