I dont know the numbers of the project, but on more significant projects you will want to be on Title to prevent getting burned.

My bet is the excessive grease has infiltrated & started to clog the bottom of the leach field seriously reducing its capability to absorb the excessive water usage & prevents effective drainage.

She paid last month.This month no payment came in on October 1, no returned calls to my property manager asking about the late payment and eventually she sends over some CDC letter and doesn't want to pay anything.I have no doubt she will ride out the CDC order for however long it lasts.I'm afraid this CDC order will prevent me from evicting her, even though she has no lease.

When I called a few days ago to ask whether there were any issues preventing him from executing the deed / closing docs at the closest US Consulate (as we'd discussed previously), he denied having ever received the closing docs, and much worse, now denies having ever signed and returned the sale agreement to me in the first place, and is asking for a large price increase.
