Get that property and good insurance, if you want to transfer into an LLC later, you can cross that bridge then.I've used Gailen Bridges in Covington Ky for a few different things and hes always been pretty quick and competent.

I would say- if your going to attract that client- you better have really good product, a really clean property etc.... you competing for everyone that can afford a 3 bedroom apartment in one of the nicer complexes in town.
