If you don't have other interests, start trying things out to see if you have some other passions you didn't even know about. 

However, I think you may be reaching a little beyond what is a reasonable expectation that he would apply the same level of effort and passion into searching for a good investment property for you as you would yourself, knowing exactly what you want.

I may sound like a broken record sometimes, but I am definitely passionate about the standards that we, as Realtors, have for ourselves.

It's only natural that people who have no business experience, knowledge or capacity to understand what it takes to succeed in any entrepreneurial endeavor, and are not really following a long-time passion of real estate investing, will believe they can do this easily and quickly without any assistance.
