I built this because I'm currently looking for my first rental, and wanted a more efficient way to look for listings on the MLS.After building it and playing with it, I'm realizing that this tool is probably going to be useful to other real estate investors and agents as well so I wanted to make this thread to see if anyone would be interested in paying $10-20/month for access.Right now, it's just a simple google sheet that automatically updates every day, but if there's interest I could definitely build this out into a full web application.

I am curious if anyone uses a web-based software (possibly an app) that can do the some (or preferably all) of the following:Accept mobile paymentsAllow tenants to submit non-critical maintenance requests Allow me to manage certain maintenance functions (ie. state mandated lead paint, furnace maintenance, etc)Lease management, especially if it can set reminders to send out renewals.

Sometimes there are local groups/papers/magazines that have a great subscriber base then we will advertise there as well.

All I'm finding are web-based, which would run off of the house's (tenant's) wifi.

Go to someplace like zillow and copy the web url of the property you want to see.
