The only drop down items I see are cities from the US **EDIT** When I posted, it took the location I had listed in my profile, so this questions answered!

Edit: It's entirely possible that you have a really stupid opposing attorney that took this case on a "long shot," just based on the value of the asset alone, and will give up pretty quickly.

Does anyone know of a free program used to view/edit .pub files?

If you can find a good enough deal before it hits the MLS and get it under contract, you'll very easily be able to wholesale it or find someone to help finance it (myself included;)Edit: I should add that I don't want to make it sound like a total breeze.

I do not know how to edit the title but it was supposed to say lender not investor.Can anyone recommend a lender in the San Antonio area that has experience with multi family investors?
