The town used to clean up the property and then put a lien on the property for the costs.  

Instead of mislabeling policies as "Socialist" why not attack these policies head on with ways to clean up wasteful spending.

So, I could see a pretty big bill.You could do something as simple as getting it under a purchase or option contract, do a minimal cleanup, and stick a "for sale" sign out front.

We will return, after doing what we want, and ask them to clean up our mess.

Since the person likely won't give you immediate access while you stand together, they'll have time to clean up their profile knowing you are going to review it.By not asking and just searching for what is publicly available, you get the real version.
