I am currently debating the TK versus “do it yourself” but for me time is still an issue and I have no trustworthy feet on the street at this time.

It's my prerogative based on these numbers, whether short term or long term Northern CA proves it has better value with a much higher upside in rent increases and defiantly higher home prices, OKC is at its highest levels its ever been at while Sacramento is nowhere near its all time highs of 350k The great debate!

Hi all-Currently debating on refinancing my primary mortgage (previously refinanced 4 years ago to a 15year @3.2%) to a new 15year @2.25% (Option #1) which would lower my monthly payment and increase Cash Flow.  

I struggle every day with debating to keep real estate as a side hobby, or quit my job and go at RE full time.

Hi all,Before you say the SFH is a better option (because it definitely is from an investment standpoint): I'm debating my options because I want to have a primary residence without housemates before I get an investment property.

I am debating adding power, whether it is solar or connecting (there is power at the road I can access).

We are debating if we should try to trade up with our KY and TX properties. 

A more gut-feel is put yourself in the place of the guest scrolling through AirBNB and guess which property they would debate about whether to choose yours or theirs.
