More than likely just put in there to help educate potential buyers that might not know that a tenants lease doesn't just terminate because the property is sold. 

I was looking to educate myself in house flipping, so I went on Amazon and looked at the top rated books on real estate investing, not noticing the Bigger Pocket books was on rentals.

I would aggressively pay off the student loans while I continue my real estate investing education.

I would invite you and your friend(s) to get educated together!

I have been trying to consume as many podcasts/articles/forums and books as possible to educate myself and get prepared before I jump in.

And the education they are getting, assuming they are taking full advantage of learning from you through the experience.

Being said that I’ve been busy educating myself, and acquiring a couple duplexes.In the past month or so I’ve been really interested in the multi family outlook (just like everyone else).
