The lots remain listed and I'm unable to sell them.I believe I fell victim to trusting a "property coach" and have learned my lesson.

However, where I do have a bad taste in my mouth is that, for all their good educational stuff, 1) a lot of the coaches that I saw in Boston were not able to answer basic real estate questions because they were trained coaches rather than actual investors (some, not all); and 2) Than's Fortune Builders (FB) still has a crew of henchmen that super-aggressively wanted my friend and I to max out our credit cards/loan from our 401k to pay for their Mastery program.

I started to see the same old story that tend to happen with real estate coaching programs over priced, high pressure sales, preying on the fact that people want to create a better life ETC....

I am doing this for a friend of mine, but currently live overseas and might setup a business to coach foreigner investors to buy US real estate.Mike

My wife and I have decided that it's time to take our business a bit more seriously and are going to pay for a coaching program of some type.
