The Governer Of OR has taken the following actions  "On Monday, the governor said through a new executive order, residential evictions for non-payment and other no-cause evictions will be on hold until December 31, 2020.

But it can understandably cause hard feelings on the tenant side. 

As we all know, the economic uncertainty surrounding Covid has caused lenders to shrink and/or restructure their lending capabilities.

Tenant shall pay for all loss, cost, or damage (including plumbing trouble)caused by the willful or irresponsible conduct of Tenant or by a person under Tenant’s direction or control."

I found a leak in my plumbing that has been causing damage under my duplex.

I have also learned to inform tenants upfront about plans to fill other rooms that will cause shared bathrooms.

This will cause a lot of owners to get out of the business and look for cash. 

How can I inform the client that this time and moving forward will be their responsibility, without causing so much backlash?

I'm dealing with a tenant who has caused me several issues in the past.

If they're not causing problems and they pay on time, let it be.
