HelloAnyone keep their vacant rental properties air conditioned at a decent temperature for showings?

"Air jobs", my friend calls them) I love having a visible effect on the world around me, making something better than it was.Of course, my other job is music- which is the other end of the spectrum.

I caught the tail end of a promo for East Austin Revealed, airing tonight @ 8:30 on KLRU.

The heating is provided by circulating hot water and 2 fans that push the hot air from the radiator inside the room.

But I believe I had success because we left nothing up in the air.

I just wanted to clear the air here since on BP anyone can take pot shots, and as we know there are a lot of newbies on this site that really have no clue as to what they are doing.

The good ones are several hundred dollars, but can pull gallons of water out of the air every hour.Hope you get the problem resolved!

I have never dealt with mold before but doing some research all I need is:- Wear protective gear- demo the affected walls (the ones not dry)- Moldicide + vacuum it all and not use bleach(I don't have any air ducts so one less thing to worry about)- Wait a few days, look for mold and if none put back the dry wallsI can do it all by myself no?
