I personally am in Kansas City and it's hard to beat for cash flow and appreciation but the secret is certainly out (lots of competition). 

If some fellow tells him he built a truck that's just as good as a Ford but he can't tell him why because he has "secrets"...well I would tell the guy to forget about cerebral pursuits like REI investing and start your own political party.

Just don’t give any trade secrets....I’m still confused why them listing under your account benefits them.
