Are there any local high-end builders in Dallas willing to chat about the process they go through on the financing side as well as the sale side of things?

Always great to hear from a fellow Texan.Now, I can't tell if your property is in Dallas....or if it's in Canton...but in either case there are LOTS of lenders that we work with as investors in this part of Texas.

I’m looking to start out in El Paso, Austin or Dallas area.

Dallas County had the most foreign investment in acreage for crops at 2,189.

When I decide on a market, I plan to fly out and scope out the area for myself and talk with an agent/property manager in person to start building out my team.I also considered Austin and Dallas, but the Price to Rent ratio looked better in San Antonio and Houston.

While the real estate market in the Dallas area was scorching hot, and everyone was paying well over asking, the foreseeable correction in the market still loomed like a dark cloud and was never far from my thoughts.
