Being a relatively new investor myself, I have developed a passion for analyzing properties daily and would love for any interested investors to take a look and benefit from what I am unable to at the moment.

I do like that Real Estate is easier to analyze than stocks.

So aside from listening to podcasts, lurking in the forums, analyzing properties in my market and saving money I feel like there is more I could be doing.

I'm really just trying to play with numbers and get some reps in to learn how to analyze properties for when I'm ready to pull the trigger on REI.

Does anyone have a website they use to analyze airbnb deals?

I know this is VERY broad and specific numbers would need to be analyzed, but I'm merely interested in ppl's initial thoughts on the issue.

I'd check out @Anson Young 's Youtube series on Bigger Pockets on analyzing markets for deals - he also wrote a book and it's full of goodness. 

Anyone know any good ones out there? There are so many real estate investing books but I can't believe there are almost none when it comes to this topic (as far as I can see).
