Hi, I was wondering if anyone can give me some color on the operational steps involved in purchasing bundles of non-performing notes, in broad strokes. 

I feel like I haven't seen much about either of these on the BP forums and I'm wondering if there is an Achilles heel to these types of loans that I'm not seeing.

We want to sell it and upgrade to a single family home also to be used as a vacation rental, but I'm not sure if this is the right time.I've seen articles and posts recently that the RE market has rebounded to 2008 levels and I'm wondering if someone can comment on the status of the RE market in southern NJ specifically because I don't see the rebound. 

I said no.I have to make a decision by tomorrow whether or not I am going to walk or buy.I am wondering if they are hiding other not paid to date tenants and I am going to be stuck with other evictions.
