Hey guys,So I just bought a manufactured home (double wide) which was built in 1980 and had the same lady living in it all 40 years in the same location from when they bought it new and set it on the land.The home is in a really good location, and is actually considered a b1 commercial property, but has its best use as residential so it's been able to be used that way.My question is, what is my best option for the property?

Also, you can start searching out to cash buyers in your market (that have actually purchased in cash already) and approaching it from that angle.

Currently the ABOR MLS which includes a Austin and a wide swath of the surrounding area show 17 fourplexes on the market.

I know that prices vary widely from city to city in TN. 

Tenant has two large cars in a garage with a 15 ft wide door and now a new one is usually parked in the drive way.

Things have definitely changed - nation wide - in the last 7-8 months!

@Bryan Waller 100% correct.The city is pumping big money into 17th ave as well to clean it up.there are lots of new infills being developed and investors are quietly buying up the double-wide lots to subdivide.The view of downtown and the mountains is unbelievable, and the location to the rest of the city is amazing!

. I will say to cast a wide net because you don’t know where the numbers might lead you.
