The difference is in fee simple there are two separate physical lots, and you just happen to share a common wall with 0 separation between the two units.

Went back to the home after the auction and noticed one of the walls in the basement was leaning in and cracked badly. 

The interior was stripped down to studs, you could actually see daylight through the walls.

Good Morning,I need some insight and recommendations as to a situation that has come up, ina  property I am looking to purchase, that has Exposed wiring , all throughout the house.The house was built around 1955 , and it is all wood on the inside ( almost like a Log cabin on the interior walls ), in that there is no sheetrock anywhere in the house.Well, all of the wiring that goes to the.... light switches, Outlets and ceiling fans, are all " Exposed " and are tacked to the wall with staples.Here is my main question please.....

I come across this a lot, when you rent out properties you would be surprised the stuff people leave behind when they move.I normally just throw stuff out because its a waste of my time to try to get any value out of it but that doesn't mean the stuff in there is worthless.

Kitchen, bathrooms, etc because they generally look dated faster than the bare walls of the rest of the house. 

There may be some structural problem with the roof as the neighbor said he can see that the knee wall seems to be pushing up on the roof.I have no idea how to quickly get the numbers on all these renovations.  

It is difficult to see myself succeed in this field as I am creating a lot of imaginary walls.  

An un-experienced investor OR agent can make mistakes that leave the property owner stuck with the property for much longer than expected.I do have a problem with someone that has no Idea what they are doing getting a property under contract at a stupid price and wasting someones time.
