I agree with Collin.The Smokies do have a lot of competition, so you need to have a view, decent location, good to great amenities etc to stand out.We have a 6-bedroom cabin there, but I imagine a 3 to 4 bedroom would be in the sweet spot of not too big or not too small.

To clarify, I'm not having trouble getting loans for my LLC, I just see posts and hear on the podcasts about people getting "up to 10" conventional mortgages for properties they buy as investments and don't live in.

And if you have to cancel a policy for this you usually get the pro rated premium back so it pays to check and change it if you have to.
