Am I in the twilight zone did I just read that you are calling Obama a big fat liar :wowo: He's lied about a lot of things...He said he'd put every bill before Congress on the Internet for at least 5 days before voting on it (lie), he said the first thing he'd do as President is pull out of Iraq (lie), tougher rules on lobbyists and former officials (lie), negotiate health care reform in public sessions on C-SPAN (lie)...Just because I don't fabricate reasons to hate the guy (like a lot of people here do), I can still take an objective view of his ability to follow-through on his campaign promises.Many of those promises he's kept, many he's broken, and many more remain to be seen.

Your whole goal is to buy houses at such cheap prices that most people will think you were lying when you tell them what you bought it for.You will have to be able to develop a solid marketing plan to find those sellers that are motivated enough and have enough equity to take your stupidly low offers.

Herein lies my problem My properties are appraised at $ 268,000with no mortgages they bring in $1450 per month rent I have a good job and now actually have a second job as well I have no credit card balances and no other debt however when I approached my bank they loved my strategy on short sales and were eager .... eager that is until they got my credit report, they couldn't touch me.Does anyone have any ideas as to how long it will take for my credit to become good enough I have been looking at 3 family units that are short sale approved but I will need funding.

If you want to fight this, you'll likely have to get your own attorney, so best case, you still have attorney fees and worst case, you have two sets of attorney fees...My guess is that your case would hinge on whether they lied to you in January when they told you that you were paid in full.
