Throughout this time, I have been thinking a lot and researching about whether it would make sense to continue spending the time renovating, or if I should buy refurbished, or if I should even look to purchase new.For those who are experienced in this space, I was wondering if anyone has ever done a financial case study to see if manually building a HUD code approved mobile home (via Home Depot materials) could potentially be cheaper than purchasing new?

At first glance, it would seem like someone interested in a full size single family home isn't interested in having people live on the same property behind their house and it may prove harder to rent out than the apartments themselves.

Especially if he can't provide you with official (and endorsed as original) orders proving what he is saying. i'm 100% for taking care of service members, but I'm 1000% AGAINST service members pulling the "my command said" card, or "I'm in the military" to slime out of things they committed to.

The process was NOT easy.I had to submit:2 years of tax returns for all my businesses, P/L statements for all businesses for past 2 years, P/L statements for all businesses for current YTD, Invoices to prove businesses are still open and operating, E-file tax receipts for 2019 for personal and all businesses, Recent bank statements for personal and all businesses, Etc.
