Just south of us over the GA border, Commerce GA is cleared for its US based plant to build EV batteries (SK Group, largest Korean battery company for Li-ion's). 

That might just be where our unmatched resiliency comes from. 

Amazon is opening a new distribution center, the Air Force Base is expanding bringing in more jobs and the service members family members, there's even talks of Boeing opening a manufacturing plant here. 

I see it as planting a money tree and I pick hundred dollar bills off it every month but still have the value of the tree plus any appreciation.

I'd go a touch further and plant walkie talkies in the air vents, then have some weird, quiet noises on a timer to enhance the experience.

For example: science- learn about the water table so you can educate your clients on how it will affect a basement; erosion, so you know how long it takes for that drop off in an investment property to fall away; plant life, so you can identify wetlands.

Chattanooga is a growing town especially near Ooltewah area due to big plants coming in Amazon and Volkswagen.
