Can they prevent the solar panels from functioning?

So my first stupid question is..Let's say you find a good deal and you market it to your buyers/investors mailing list.A few investors look at the property , pass on it, and you're unable to complete the wholesale transaction.Now that the investor knows where the property is, what's to prevent that investor from going behind your back and dealing with the owner directly and cutting out the wholesaler?

I obviously paid for it this time, but moving forward I would just like to know if this should be a damage cost to the tenant, just like if they clogged a drain and had to pay for a plumber to come out and fix it.Thanks for your help and advice!

I'm not sure it applies to quasi-primary residences but you may be able to get a 25% ATI exemption that could help lower your taxes (or prevent them from going up.)

That's a lot of money.If they refuse, let them know you'll hold them accountable for every dime and it will sit on their credit record for the next seven years, possibly preventing them from renting or qualifying for a loan.

Now, while that is the case with the flooring itself, it doesn't prevent derived issues from water exposure, most notably subfloor damage from a crawlspace-related leak, mildew growth, etc, but the material itself is not affected by water.Yes I have, with no issues (specifically with vinyl, but no promises for laminate or engineered wood products).

I put it in a email so that have documentation.It would be unfair for them to pay in advance and then a Covid issue prevents them from coming.I try and be fair with anyone renting from me.
