But, you have to remember, that if something goes wrong, let's say a large slip and fall, or your tenant's vicious dog maims a child (no negligence on your behalf there; that's usually strict liability), or your electrician screwed up and you shock someone to death, there's probably going to be a lawsuit whether you have an entity or not.
