I guess if the other 2 are willing to split the total rent because it will be a total pain to try and make it work by getting a stranger in there.

@Michael HenryI find the first 30-90 days after you close is all about finding those little “aches and pains” and getting them fixed.

Like others have said it's more administrative hassle for a unit to be furnished.
