You cannot transfer reviews on Air BnB, but on VRBO, with seller permission, you can have their reviews added to your account.Here is some food for thought...Perhaps you can manage the property better and make some improvements that would lead to bookings at higher rates than what the seller had?

It sounds though like you are evicting anyway but it is food for thought for the next occupants.

And that's only IF  people stop burning down food processing sites and threatening to nuke UA wheat fields.  

One of my roommates does meal prep for the week and he "accidentally" ate one of her prepared foods and they got into an argument over it.I called some lawyers offices around me and I talked to a paralegal and they told me it would be hard to evict just on this alone.

What people really like is being able to cook their own food, having furniture to sit and eat on other than a bed or a crappy office chair, being in a neighborhood and not a commercial district, etc.

Should I invite keynote speakers and provide finger foods with exotic cheeses from all across the world?

Landscapers, nanny, cleaning pools, the handyman guy, housekeeping, the food truck, the guy who comes to my house to teach my son's classes of drums or guitar ... 

Etc)Also, if you haven't already, strongly suggest renter's insurance to cover all the things that they will feel you should pay for if there are any problems in the future (water damage to furniture due to clogged sink, food lost due to fridge failure, etc). 

You need a second and third job and stop all spending that isn’t food, shelter, and transportation.
