Hi BP communityI am a Filipino citizen living in the US.

The requirement is that you live in it for 12 months if I'm not mistaken. 

I live here now but likely won’t in about 2 years.

I’ll tell my story though. 2019 I was living check to check pretty much.

If the individual defaults, how will you go after their cosigner when they live in another country?

I rented out 3 of the bedrooms (upstairs) and lived in the basement which had 2 of the bedrooms, a master bathroom, living room, and private garage access.

Live in one of the units for 1 year and then move out.

We currently live in one unit of the duplex and rent out the other.
