I don't know about the 15 years...I do believe you can get30 year loans.The key to the multiunit is the 6 families. 5 and up is commercial.Also...lenders look to the income from the property itself to helpdetermine the viability of the loan.

If you work hard an realize that being a real estate agent is a full time job if you want to make good money in it you will be fine.Some key points were made alreadyFind a broker who is going to offer training and learn as much as you can.. i am sure some people will agree with me"training is a journey not a destination" you just dont train for 2 weeks and know it all.i feel that you will be training and learning forever in any job, so go to your local board of realtors and if they have some trainings use it make sure your broker has a trainging program.

If you say how does it work do you want me to say turn the key and then the wheels move and it goes or do you really want to know how the key sends an electronic pulse to a computer that then sends another to other parts of the engine and then through combustion and yada yada...So ask a direct question that can be answered.
