Big employers include The Limited (Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body), Nationwide Insurance HQ, Worthington Industries, Honda of America, State Farm, MANY others including a fast growing TEHNOLOGY hub that is attracting millennials, and Capital Unviersity, Ohio State, DeVry, Franklin University, Otterbein College, Columbus College of Art Design, PLUS medical OSU Hospital and James Cancer Center, Riverside Methodist Hospital, St.Anne's Hospital, Grant Hospital, etc. 

The problem is that for real estate to decrease in value, the human population would have to be cut in half (exaggeration to make a point). 

This isn't insanely obvious to folks, but the goal of reducing costs in manufacturing has largely been focused on human labor.

I prefer through-body color porcelain tile; when ceramic tile gets chipped, the color under the glaze usually doesn't match the surface glaze - my preferred porcelain tile type will have color beneath the glaze that matches the glaze pretty well. 

I was listening to a recent podcast from @BiggerPockets .com  on the importance of having a specific goal and why we as humans set a goal but end up falling short.

Once the booking is flagged the algorithm is king and humans get no say in it.I've heard people say you can change the bedroom count or even change your listing to a shared space (instead of whole home) temporarily which the algorithm is much looser on.
