I paid close to asking, I didn't need to negotiate, it was listed at a great price and I knew this property would be in high demand.

This morning I was able to get a Veteran approved who had a bunch of credit issues, foreclosure 4 years ago, overdraft fees in his bank account, negative bank balance, high debt ratios and a whole host of other challenges.

Fees will also be high on these loans 

The interest rates are too high to support this unless one of those local markets has a little extra inventory.

What is the time on market for rent right now currently for duplexes in that neighborhood and is your monthly asking price high, average, or low for the area.

Just purely looking at numbers property 2 comes out ahead buy a few hundred bucks a month depending on how high it gets bid up.Any advice on this?
