I'm considering signing up for a membership with the Landlord Credit Bureau to set up a new system for tenant screening and credit reporting their rent payments. 

I would pay in addition to pro membership for this app.

If you call, you can usually get a discount on their base membership which is for 1 year, and a great value.They offer free workshops that are a good example of the returns people can get following their practices.
