@Shawn McMahon I will echo that getting connected with a good real estate broker will make things easier, but meanwhile the Redfin.com app gives you the next best access to MLS listings, and is a little more user friendly than the MLS Portal.  

Checked in with one of my clients in SC/Augusta area.. and they are good lost power and  6 of her homes got some tree damage but nothing serious.. the project we are doing together was not affected.

A good realtor can generally help you win a bidding war with a higher earnest money and a fast close with no inspection if that was the case.Under the current circumstance you could pull out just enough cash that will allow the home to cash flow based on a LTR.

Negative cashflow is never a good idea (even if you can support it).

The good news is that at 2021, you can probably find financing if you need to.

Good software, as one earlier poster wrote, can do it better.
