The issue is it's going to add up because you're not going to win a lot of the auctions, especially if the reserve bids aren't announced in advance.For the taxes, obviously you go to the tax collector's website / call their office.

I don't think I've used a traditional bank lender (with the exception of credit lines) for over 10 years, because it feels great creating a win-win for you and your investors, and getting to skip the mountain of paperwork banks require.Good luck!

@Danny Lambert if you download numbers on your Ipad, they have some good pre-created excel sheet.
