I get everything but I can't monitor a topic when I hit the monitor but that works but I never get e mail alerts. so that's a major problem and it really cuts down on the amount of interaction I can have with BP right now.. ( not that anyone really probably cares but it would be nice to get back to full utilization)

You could have the realtor search the Realtor Remarks in the MLS for keywords like "fixer", "needs works", "TLC", "handy man special" etc then send the listings to you via e-mail.

fact is the way American gurus teach wholesaling its not legal in virtually every state in the union.. same rules apply.. entering into a contract with no ability to close is fraud in the inducement to contract.putting a property on the open market through website e mail blasts craigslist etc that you don't own is not legal without be a realtor.. we do need to remember this is all about the clever investor selling his program so he can drive his Lambo :)
