Hey @Nate Caffero, rather than putting someone else on the deed and pulling out equity to do deals ...... why not keep your equity to yourself and just work with private money?

To me this actually makes much more sense than the current system, people just don’t like change lol, basically the buyer & thier agent negotiate a fair fee and that fee is no longer being “hidden”. the agent than negotiate’s a concession with the sellers agent, that’s literally it, it’s a totally logical system that makes much more sense then the current one, and I think people (mainly agents who are afraid as soon as the seller realizes they are getting 3%, that they might not be worth it) are just making way to big of a deal of it.

What dollar are you hoping to net or if an assignment or wholesale deal the buyer expecting to net? 

Hi, I have a deal in front of me.

To invest in real estate, set clear goals, consider your timeline and risk tolerance, learn about financing, analyze deals using rental property calculators, consider house hacking, network with investors, create a financial plan, stay educated on local market principles, and start small with a single-family rental or duplex.

But I rather not have to deal with small claims directly.  

However, many buyers got some very good deals during this time.I would say that Buyers beware if its a "feeding frenzy" because they may be overpaying or giving up too much on the deal.

Last week, she called saying that the kitchen flooring has holes in it and she tried to put tape on it but now shes dealing with a pest situation and they are going in those holes.

One week into my journey and I'm starting to analyze deals.
