@Nick Troutman Yep, just check the address on FEMA's website: FEMA Flood Map Service CenterOnce you find what zone the property is in, then it should be pretty easy to determine if flood insurance will be required or just recommended: Flood insurance requirements by zone(If it's close, on the border, or you're just not sure, you could always call your insurance agent to be sure.)
