Point being you could clearly get a different  outcome on an in-house coverage decision vs. a claim that ended up being litigated.

That is a very general question, but I would recommend getting an architect or civil engineer involved. 

However, if we weren’t lucky enough to recoup our expenses from our CC company we were definitely prepared to follow through with litigation but that was our last resort as it would’ve been timely and costly.

I would sue in Civil Court.

I suspect that would be cause for some serious litigation if the borrower sustains a financial loss.
