If a lot of the value adding amenities are absent I wouldn't pay as much and niether should the next person.If you are purchasing a home for yourself or as an investment property I belive you should be cognisent of all the factors that contribute to VALUE.

It seems like I don't have much to contribute as of late b/c so much Obama this and Palin that, who's in left, where does the right start etc......If politics weren't so 'Opinionated' I don't think I'd be to concerned but it seems like everytime a political discussion is started it always brings out the same people voicing the same 'opinions'

The people who earn more already contribute more literal money, since 25% of 500k is more than 25% of 50k, so why slap them twice by making them pay a higher percentage too?
