I now see an opportunity to pool money together from several people and start to purchase multiple homes at once, however I am not sure how to properly structure this business.I wouldn’t be buying large apartment complexes like a syndicator (I'd need much more experience to handle large deals lie that) but I think the basics still apply.

Or they should simply tell us how long they're able to commit to and we'll run this as a short term lease until they have more clarity on their situation or move out, but it doesn't appear the tenant wants to pay a dollar more.So, basically the question is - do we take a leap of faith and lose our peace of mind or insist on sticking to the contract and risk losing the tenant?

In that case, certainly get the seller to sort that out first or you could have a headache.The property management company that I like and trust never hold you to such obligations from the start, they operate with the highest quality of service and basically maintain that if you don't like them you don't need to work with them.
